wonderful experience!
spacious room necessary amenities convenient location fine dining
the room was spacious and lovely, it had all the necessary amenities. i was served swiss chocolates every evening. the location is great with restaurants, bars and shops within walking distance. i had dinner at the hotel's fine dining restaurant, the food was excellent and the service immaculate.
difficult access by car was a minor inconvenience. there were no clear instructions on how to get to the hotel. i had to park a few blocks away to find the hotel and get directions on where to drive.

the beautiful lobby featured comfortable seating and elegant decor. there was also a well-equipped business center accessible 24 hours a day. guests can use a modern fitness center, it includes treadmills and weight machines.

The staff were friendly, helpful, and spoke multiple languages. I appreciated their assistance. room service was prompt, they delivered orders within 30 minutes. daily housekeeping kept the rooms clean, they refreshed amenities regularly.

central location warm staff dark room wall view
the location felt really central i accessed shops easily the staff greeted me warmly too they definitely care. the hotel decor had a certain flair it felt special.
my room faced a wall not a great view to wake up to. the room felt quite dark overall that affected my mood a little i hoped for better lighting.

The location is central, a HUGE plus. The restaurant and food were delicious. I enjoyed every meal.
The room was disappointing, REALLY. Light from the back of the tv lit up at 4:00, causing me to wake because the light was so bright.
